La season premiere si avvicina sempre più ma, le novità non finiscono mai. David Meunier di Justified si è unito al cast della nuova stagione di Arrow con un ruolo ricorrente.
Meunier interpreterà Ishmael Gregor, un viscido ed intimidatorio Pakhan ("Padrino") del bratva, in rapporti con Anatoly (David Nykl) e con un particolare interesse per Oliver Queen. Nei fumetti DC Gregor era un boss criminale russo che bramava di possedere le doti magiche del demone Sabbac; tuttavia, Arrow esplorerà più le sue ambizioni terrene.
Meunier, meglio conosciuto per il suo ruolo di Johnny Crowder di Justified su FX, più di recente è stata una series regular in A&E’s Damien. E' anche apparso al fianco di David Duchovny in sette episodi di Aquarius, interpretando Roy Kovi . Meunier è rappresentato dalla Justice & Ponder.
