Nell'episodio intitolato "Strange Case" (Lo strano caso), la Regina Cattiva e Hyde continuano la loro missione per rubare il siero del Dr. Jekyll; Biancaneve è emozionata di tornare a essere un insegnante, e mentre Emma non vede l'ora che Uncino vada a vivere con lei, Uncino si ritrova a cercare di proteggere Belle da Mr. Gold, che si è assicurato che lei non possa lasciare i confini della nave pirata. Nel frattempo nel passato, Tremotino aiuta il Dr. Jekyll a completare il suo siero per separare in due parti le personalità di un uomo - buono e cattivo - ma il suo aiuto richiede un prezzo molto caro.
Se si scoprisse che Jasmine e Biancaneve hanno molto di più in comune dell'essere soltanto principesse?In questo episodio vedremo Biancaneve tornare alla scola elementare di Storybrooke, dove anche Jasmine sta lavorando come insegnante.
